The minimum age to rent is 21 years old. The property is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and there are security cameras on the outside of the property for additional security. Before you're allowed entry to the unit, we require that all guests over the age of 18 send us a copy of their Government-Issued ID. Pet fee is $15/pet/night. Airbnb has no setting for "per night" pet fees, so we will invoice you separately for the pet rent if applicable. When guest smoke inside the unit we have a smoke remediation process than can take up to two hours or longer. This process consists of the use of an ozone machine and we will be charging $250 remediation fee. IMPORTANT!!!! If you book for a same day check-in, we ask that you please allow us an additional 2 hours to get the property ready. Please check with us to confirm immediate availability. The pet fee is $15 per pet per night and maxed at $150 per pet per month (maximum of 2 pets). Since the pet fee amount depends on the # of pets and nights, we collect this fee separately through the Resolution Center. Please be aware that last-minute extensions cause a significant amount of disturbance to our team. If you are considering extending your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. - Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. - Pets are allowed only by express written consent and will be subject to a pet rent of $15/pet/night or $300/pet/month (max 2 pets). Breed and weight restrictions apply. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets who cause a disturbance to our neighbors will be required to leave. Guests must pick up after their dogs outside; failure to do so will result in a $150 fine. - No loud music. - No disturbance, especially noise past 10 pm. - Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $50 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management's discretion. - NO SMOKING of any substance at any time is allowed in the home - a $500 smoke remediation fee will be assessed. Smoking must occur a minimum of 20 feet from the front door, and windows/doors should remain closed. - Extra guests: $25/day/per-guest over 2 years of age. Unapproved guests will result in a charge of $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation - Bringing an unapproved pet into the home will result in a $200 pet fee -Balloons for a small gathering can be approved so please let us know in advance if you have such plans and please note that we'll charge $10/balloon getting stuck at the ceiling. - Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices will result in a $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund - We require guests to send a copy of their ID. We only require a photo of your ID showing your name and you may redact any other sensitive information for your privacy.

Northpoint is in a great location for getting to Downtown Atlanta and the convention I was attending. Northpoint has a better price than staying in hotels downtown with more space and an opportunity to prepare your own meals. The property is modern and spacious.
