- Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. - Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. - Pets are allowed only by express written consent and will be subject to a pet rent of $15/pet/night or $300/pet/month (max 2 pets). Breed and weight restrictions apply. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets who cause a disturbance to our neighbors will be required to leave. Guests must pick up after their dogs outside; failure to do so will result in a $150 fine. - No loud music. - No disturbance, especially noise past 10 pm. - Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $50 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management's discretion. - NO SMOKING of any substance at any time is allowed in the home - a $500 smoke remediation fee will be assessed. Smoking must occur a minimum of 20 feet from the front door, and windows/doors should remain closed. - Extra guests: $25/night/guest over 2 years of age. Unapproved guests will result in a charge of $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation - Bringing an unapproved pet into the home will result in a $200 pet fee -Balloons for a small gathering can be approved so please let us know in advance if you have such plans and please note that we'll charge $10/balloon getting stuck at the ceiling. - Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices will result in a $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund -We require guest to send a copy of the their ID. We only require a photo of your ID showing your name and you may redact any other sensitive information for your privacy.
